Why pilates time ?

Joseph Pilates invented the ‘method’ that bears his name in the mid-20th century. A method that is more popular today than ever before. At pilates time we adapt the method to contemporary lifestyles and individual motivations, bringing extra dynamism and enthusiasm to our courses.

I feel good

My Pilates class is a ‘me moment’. I breathe. I free my mind. I am revitalized.

At pilates time, the class adapts to my rhythm. My teacher guides and corrects me. I enjoy coming here because the classes are varied and nobody is trying to compete.

I breathe

Thanks to Pilates, I really breathe. The stress is relieved. The tension evaporates.

Pilates time gives 100% professional classes in an excellent atmosphere. Pleasure comes first. Even – and above all – if I am not in great shape, with a few excess pounds or a bad back.

Restored balance

My whole body works in harmony.  I strengthen my deep muscles. And I feel better.

At pilates time I work on posture, suppleness, balance, strength. With each session, my balance improves. Literally and figuratively.

I tone my body

If I want to, I can step up the effort. In this quest for strength, suppleness and performance I rise to the physical challenges.

My body is becoming more supple, toned and stronger.

I am renewed

During the pilates sessions I am totally immersed in the present moment.  I listen to my body.  I am renewed.

At pilates time the focus is twofold: on mind and body. Energetic effort in a spirit of harmony.
