Classes at pilates time

At pilates time, the training is usually in group classes, on fixed days and times, one or more days a week.

In addition to these group classes, pilates time also offers individual sessions, as well as “special” sessions.

At our group classes and individual sessions the Pilates exercises are adapted by our instructors to match the specific needs and desires of the participants.

Group classes

About our group classes

We offer group classes at three levels (1-2-3)

  • 8 persons maximum
  • 60 minutes
  • All exercises on the mat using various accessories (toning balls of all sizes, rollers, resistance bands, dumbbells, etc.).
  • 2 seasons: summer (1st of July 2025 -  September 7th 2025) and winter (8th of September 2025 - June 28th 2026, 2 x 17 weeks)
  • Fixed day and times, 1 or more sessions a week
  • Closed during Public holidays
  • 10% discount for families and students

A private introductory lesson is obligatory before joining a group in mid-season.

Special group classes

We can also organize classes for specific groups:  pregnant women, golfers, basic fitness, back complaints, osteoporosis (special classes over 3-month period) or simply for a group of friends or work colleagues.

About our private sessions

A search for performance, particular physical needs… the private sessions are tailored to your morphology and goals.  

  • Reformer or mat
  • Day and time as required (subject to availability of time slots)
  • Introductory classes, EUR 35 – These classes have a twofold objective: to enable you to discover the Pilates method and also to direct you to the appropriate level (if you are not a beginner).
